» Our Methodology:

1. Assess Organization & Position
Collect pertinent information to gain an understanding of the organization, its industry and the role being recruited. Understand organization’s management style and culture as well as the professional and personal attributes of the ideal candidate being sought.

2. Develop Position Profile Note
Summarize the position, which describes the organization, position, role and responsibilities, reporting relationships, and also highlights education, experience and attributes being sought to aide in sourcing right talent.

3. Develop and Initiate Search
Our research targets appropriate organisations and industries in order to identify the ideal candidate for each role. Based on mutual understanding, the search focus can be wider than just direct competitors. We draw on our network  previous projects and our research to identify individuals who possess the requisite attributes.

4. Interviews
Based on short-list, facilitate candidate-interviewer meetings.

5. Negotiations
We help in negotiation process for final candidates. We also assist in compensation process on specific requests from clients.

6. Post Selection Follow Up
Maintain post selection contact with both the candidates and recruiting organizations to aide integration. This also helps to measure ‘Return on Investment’ on recruitment for the organization.
